I would not recommend it, had I not used the product for several weeks...

I take one per day every day for maintenance and 3 on the days I plan to have sex, averaging probably around a dozen soft gels per week, which amounts to about a 10 weeks supply in a single bottle: very cost effective for those on a budget!...

Yes, the Yohimbe is supposed to raise blood pressure, but I monitor mine daily before going to bed and it stays in the 130 over 75 range...

I takes a few days for Yohimbe-Plus to build up in the system but it works great for both sexes, apparently...
