I have been given stretching exercises to do for my achilles and my calf muscles, as well as my hamstrings . . . but they make my legs and feet hurt worse! And yes, my low back hurts after about 1/2 hour on my feet. I think it is because my feet are so painful when I walk that my gait has changed to accommodate that.
