My discharge papers from the hospital stay after the stroke last July said 325 aspirin and tylenol.

Later, I asked the internist what the Tylenol was. She said it didn't mean anything. I can take aspirin. But I am already on 325 aspirin everyday so Tylenol is good too.

Or something like that.
