Hey Erin, I'm just throwing this out there but I thought my fatigue was from MS and it turns out most of it was from iron deficiency. Even though I was "technically" in the normal range (but pretty low) I was having symptoms. A new GP told me that I was not really normal. After a month on iron supplements I felt like a new person...it was so shocking how much more normal I felt. I stopped falling asleep all the time, had energy to go out, and no more naps. 3 months out and my stores are up but still not high enough. Have to keep pushing on with iron. Anyhow, have you ever had your iron tested? It's the ferritin test. It may be worth asking your doctor about it. Good luck. PS: my B-12 was down to 350 2 years ago. I started taking sublingual 1 g. B-12 and got it up into the 900s. But the drastic change in energy really came with iron.
