Over the past five years or so, I have lost some of my libido. I too was fairly 'active' at one time, though I am postmenopausal and do take some medications that can be 'dulling'.

These are things I have accepted and can work around that, but the thing that really bothers me is dryness and tenderness. I believe it may be due to dusautonomia and PN. My husband is extremely sensitive to this situation, but it still does bother me...
