Oh I am on Diladid because I had my wisdom teeth out and over a month later I was still flaring so I was taking it. I take 6 or 8mg every 3 hours plus a whole more cocktail of drugs. I do notice when I DON'T take it.... even like 30 minutes after the 3 hours. my dr told me to try to get to 4 hours the longer I went, and not good. I dont know about it with regular rsd pain though... except when my face flared (not sure if I have RSD in my face from it) from the wisdom teeth I had to take it, and am still taking it well over a month after surgery.
