My latest diagnosis is SFN and I've been told that the vibrating feeling, which I feel in my legs and feet is related. I also get deep muscle twiches which occur in my extremities and I'm told these are related as are deep muscle pain and cramps. As for shakiness, I don't get it. I've gotten all of this validated through my PCP.
