I don't consider myself dieting anymore..I've stopped weighing because it was too "judgemental"... I have changed the way I cook, shop, and the old man who lives with me has no choice other than to do it "my way". He has lost 30 pounds and looks like he is wearing someone elses clothes.

We both had recent physical exams and our blood work, choles...etc numbers were excellent so he can quit worrying about all the meat and eggs we eat. And he has turned into quite the salad eater!! Herman must be turning over in his grave.

I think it is a mind set kind of thing. This is now our life style. Will I ever have macncheese again...sure, some time. Will he have pizza...sure, probably as soon as the Pappa Johns right down the road, opens it's doors.
