Well I just kind of quit worrying about the diet. I just watch what I
eat. And make sure I don't over eat sweets. That has been the biggest
problem for me. I had a period of platteau too. So just remember, it
takes time to start losing again at times.
Don't lose hope and if it doesn't seem like you are losing. Just kind
of take it easy and wait. I am not worrying about it.
I had to quit worrying about whether I was losing or gaining. And
the scales aren't a friend. Only in the doctor's office do I usually
visit them. Once in a long while I get on them at home.
