Welcome to NeuroTalk! I'm sorry you are having so much pain. Thankfully I rarely get headaches ~ I can't imagine going through what you are!

I don't really have any answers for you regarding tolerance. The only thing I can think of is maybe going to a long-acting drug ~ like Kadian, Avninza, MScontin, Oxycontin ~ and then taking the Percocets for break-through pain.

Hopefully someone will come along that can help you more.
