I have never had roasted brocolli....roasting always sounds so good but takes a long time to do and I am an impatient cook.
Do you use olive oil and salt pepper then coat the veggies then bake at what temp?
We had seared tuna last night...it was so good do you like tuna steaks?these were cooked med rare. yellow fin. but red in color.
I had spicy thai tuna today from bumble bee and it was very good!
big salad for dinner and a cup of lentil soup.
