If celexa didn't work try Lexapro, its the stereo isomer of celexa and has less side effects. I suggest staying far away from Ultram/Tramadol. It is a sythetic type of codine and has a nasty neurotransmitter reuptake inhibitor profile. Causes sweats, lack of appetite, insomnia, and the withdrawal is VERY nasty if you don't do it very slowly. I hope this helps or at least gives you a few questions for your doc Brian
