I few days ago I started CoQ10 to try to help with the PN, 100 mg twice per day, Jarrow in a liquid capsule. Since about then I have been having stomach & chest pains, sometimes feels like acid reflux. I have read upper abdominal pain may be a side effect. What dose are people taking and have you had any side effect like this? The reason I'm not real sure it's from the CoQ10 is that I eat very healthy in general but when I splurge on a lot of fat or something I have stomach pain.
