Are you taking it with food? That may help.
I started d-ribose, almost two weeks ago, and for a simple sugar, it made me really nauseous! I HAVE to take it with food or else. I also had heartburn at first too, but both effects are now gone.
Some people have complained about CoQ-10 here. But on PD forum here where they take massive doses of it I rarely see complaints.
Try starting with once a day, and with food and see if that is better.
