What is PD? I don't only have these symptoms right after I take it, I'm having them thru much of the day. I do take it with food in the AM but not the PM.

If I were to have an unknown gluten insensitivity, could stomach pain like this be triggered by eating a lot of bread from a local bakery? This was two days ago. If I could only be so lucky to find a cause for the PN.
