Everyone with chronic PN should consider gluten at one point.
It is a huge cause of neuro problems.

Some of our older members have moved on, but Gluten has been identified in some posters here in the past.
We have a gluten forum:

Considering this possible trigger, takes some patience and willingness to read and learn. Then doing the diet requires some motivation as well. But the payoff can be huge, for those who succeed.

The Parkinson's forum (PD) uses massive doses of CoQ-10 and stomach upset doesn't appear there often.

Your product has other things in it. One of them may be upsetting you too. That is why trying supplements should be one at a time ideally, and mixing other factors, confuses more than helps sometimes.
