Hello,

A few months ago, my Vitamin D level was tested at 19. I ordered the 50,000 iu D3 supplement and began taking one pill every week. For approximately 2 1/2 months, I took this dosage 50,000 iu weekly. I just had my Vitamin D retested and it is now 27. I was kind of surprised that it hadnt gone up higher considering the amounts I was taking. Any thoughts?
