If you just started on Prozac, that could be why your panic attacks have started up. The same thing happened to me.

Prozac has an upper like effect, at first. That's one of the reasons they use it a lot for peeps with MS..helps with the fatigue. But for peeps with anxiety, it's not so good.

My Neuro took me off of Prozac and put me on Buspar then Paxil. I am on Prozac now and love it but, it didn't work with panic attacks.
