Like my thyroid pill. I have to take it on an empty stomach, and drink a full glass of water and wait one hour before eating. Now my problem is, what time did I take it? Can I eat yet?
This is all too familiar I used to spend hours filling in pill boxes for one month at a time, but that got too hard and because I adjust my doses on a lot of the meds (like everyone else...) having the pharmacy pre pack wasn't an option. So my new rule is to count out my daily regime each morn g before I leave the bathroom, no interruptions are allowed, they go into a small dish, I take my first dose and voilą! So far even when my husband is milling around I don't forget.

However, he has distracted me enough before that I took lunch and breakfast together, I was pretty mad...,new rule, hush until I am out of the bathroom in the am.
