I bring a camper with me !
Our family joke used to be that my idea of roughing it was staying at the Holiday Inn instead of the Hyatt
Despite that, hubby and I did bring the kids a few times when they were younger, and I stayed in the tent.
Now, we hang around with a big group of parrotheads that camp together frequently. After trying that once since my RSD issues started......no more. I just can't bend over to zip/unzip the tent every time I need to get in or out. A few years ago, I invested in a pop up camper so that we could keep doing those group camping trips. Last year, I used some of my SSDI money to upgarde to a hybrid trailer. It makes camping sooooooo much easier on my neck
