Good call on the driving, it takes a lot of courage to ask your spouse to drive when the fog invades, good on you!

I honestly don't know exactly know why some days I too can have such bad cog fog compared to others. I know it can be attributed to too much stimulation such as company, parties, stress, noise, lots of activity, but sometimes, there seems to be no correlation to anything I can put my finger on.

About 10 days ago i started ritulin to help with my major fatigue and the one thing I have food out for sure about it is that it has lifted cog fog! I am on a very low dose, first thing in the am, but until it wears off, I am so far very happy with the results in this regard. None of the other energy stimulants did anything fore cog fog for me and this is a unexpected bonus.

Maybe cog fog is a warning that we are over doing it at times?
