Fatigue, heat, or to much going on (Walmart Syndrome) give me brain fog. And sometimes it just appears out of the blue.

Before I was diagnosed, I was scared I might have Alzheimer's. I remember asking my PCP, "Aren't I too young to be this tired and stupid?" He responded, "How tired and stupid are you?" When I described the crushing fatigue and the cog fog, he agreed that it wasn't normal, even if I'd been 30 years older.

Sometimes my brain just locks up, like an old computer with too many programs running.
