Has anyone seen improvement on TN by taking Tegretol ?
If yes what was you dose and after how long did you see improvement?
Did the pain go away only with the medicine?

I am taking Tegretol only for 1 month and for example during this weekend I had no pain at all.... but since tomorrow I have again.
Now my dose is 200mg morning and 200mg night went up a little bit
