It looks to me like this decaying and crumbling is early onset teeth loss to go along with early onset PD. Our teeth aren't holding up due to medication and other metabolic processes, along with inability to keep up with the best care of them.

People get plastic surgery, people get gastric bypasses, I am trying to reconcile that it might be better to get dentures. I would like to know if anyone has done this or knows anything about dentures and PD.

Is it more difficult to chew? Could they increase the chance of choking?
