I've changed my eating habits frequently, for the better. I feel better when I cut beef and satuated fat from my diet. But, I refuse to cut out Choc chip cookies..

If I knew that a certain food causes MS sx, I would drop it like a hot potato. I do not think that MS, itself, is caused by diet, however.
