I am glad you are feeling better also; and yes, Set the boundaries because you need to. Other wise you push yourself to hard. Tam, all of our mutual pals here have commented on that. You do need to allow yourself to have boundaries, you can't fix and help everyone as much as you would like to, it's physically not possible.
