Kelly - I have heard and read a couple of articles/essays on leaky gut syndrome. It makes sense to me and yet I have not found any concrete studies done with its relation to MS. At any rate, I did do the Swank diet for a while and definitely noticed a difference. I blew by eating red meat and never went back on it. I really need to though as I know for a fact I felt better and healthier with less MS symptoms.

The diet in the article is similar to the Swank diet. Only the Swank diet doesn't require all the supplements this diet does. It does require cod liver oil 1 tsp every day and 1 multivitamin.
