Bizi that is so hard the caffeine thing... can you drink decaf for flavor or is feeling tired more the problem?
i have to decrease again to - i won't go cold turkey - have enough headaches with the migraine bit, without adding a caffeine withdrawal headache...
i was down to a range of none to a max of 1/3 or a 1/2 cup a day max. now am up to 3 cups of full caf again - trying for just 2 today... started having more migraines, using up to 200mg caffeine/day to treat them, but then, needed to be up and alert with not enough sleep, so no downtime and had to use even more... but i could not afford to appear wilted... for all the good it did (nothing came of it). i apologize if that sounds confusing. i don't feel comfortable expanding on the circumstances.
just mean to say i am frustrated from trying stuff, and getting nothing out of it but a relapse in caffeine addiction. sigh.
i made greenbeans too they are done - going to get them.
