sorry about your caffeine not having the desired effect.
Work went fine but my back is very tired??? maybe from all of this working out stuff????
I had hot cup decaf today with french vanilla creamer...and it was good! I like the feel of drinking coffee and the taste too.
And then later I had some iced decaf coffee and that was good too. 
We are going out to applebees for dinner and then to the art walk, it is hot and humid here!!!!!So....I am bringing an adult beverage....mango vodka and diet cranberry juice.
