Default Dr. Dellon and his colleagues--

--are extremely well-known in the realm of compressive release surgery for neuropathy, and have pioneered a number of techniques there.

But, there have been both positive and negative reports, in that it does seem he and his disciples think that compressive release surgery is that answer to almost all neuropathies. I am suspicious of the wide-ranging claims (they generally hint at a money-making "factory" approach) and I tend to think that if one has a more systemic cause of one's neuropathy, specific site surgery is unlikely to produce great improvements, and it does seem from people who've been through the procedures the results are mixed.
