A simple way to re size your pictures- is to right click on your saved picture file and select open with Paint.
{ this should be one of your options}
{it's by Microsoft- so it should be installed automatically when you installed or bought your XP, Vista computer}
I do it that way sometimes.
When it opens in Paint -
in the Paint toolbar select Image then go to Stretch/Skew
for simplicity I change the numbers of 100 & 100 - to 50 & 50 then click OK see how big it looks then.
if still too big you can undo or redo the numbers to a different size and try that.
then to close you go to "save as" { a new name -or I just use the same name and add on "small" to it so I easily can tell it's the smaller version}
then you can upload the smaller version.
I have both large & smaller versions in my albums - sometimes I just let the software here auto shrink it - but it still does come out a little bit on the big size.
