Dellon's 'Institute' receives a % of all surgeries, I do believe.
He trains surgeons (surgical podiatrists) in his technique - and refers patients,
for a cut of the action.
He'd still be in business if he never saw another patient again.
Reviews have been mixed.
Best results seem to be from diabetic PN and 'entrapment neuropathy' type surgeries.
