I am extremely close to being on the makers diet. I do eat the occasional lobster (no shell food on that diet) but other than that...im really close to being on the money with that diet.
I have gone gluten/milk free for years on end while my DD was here. she is a severe celiac child, and when she left for her own life, it took us a while, but we did get some stuff added back in. We make 99% of what we eat. We eat mac and cheese,we just dont open a box for it. We eat peaches, but dont pop a can for them. We dont eat high fructose corn syrup or drinks that contain it. We normally drink water. Our eggs/beef/chicken/milk and produce come from the local farms around here.
I have eaten this way a long long time, and got MS anyway.
