Me too!!! I thought I was the only one with these "internal tremors." LOL The other symptoms are common, but the internal stuff I thought I imagined. Mine happens frequently thru the day, not just when I wake up. I haven't said anything to anyone, as I felt I'd be looked upon as a nut!

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Now I just wonder what the heck it is! LOL

By the way, I take Topamax for the burning, water feeling, nerve pain. It works GREAT!
