I seem to have found some interesting things. I think in my case my #1 priority is to stop the inevitable regression towards parkinson's disease symptoms in traumatic encephalopathy. I think I am on to something interesting, because I have been reading a lot and I have found a few things that could possibly help. I feel pretty cognitive and decent, all I want in life is to not inevitably degenerate into a pd patient in the next 5 years. I think that nutrition can fully prevent this the more I look into it. I may not get back to where I was, but at least I will not look like muhammad ali does in 5 years.

Curcumin

R-alpha-lipoic acid and acetyl-L-carnitine

Fish oil and vitamin C (I already take these)

N-Acetyl-Cysteine

I can't post links * yet, but if you type in any of the above substances followed by "tau" you will get google hits that speak of their ability to not only protect some brain cells from oxidative damage, but also to untangle the tau proteins already in the brain.
