Is any medicine causing this? When I took Neurontin I gained 30 pounds in a year. The nurse said it doesn't do this to you, but I know different. It at least makes you very hungry and therefore you gain. I have read to many stories about this problem with this drug on the forum.

Don't beat yourself up. Get a good diet book and start planning your meals. I need to do this too! And weigh every week anyway. That will help. if you lose just a little it will encourage you to go on. Maybe someone else has good ideas and will post.
