((((((((((Wendy)))))))))))).

If it makes you feel better, a year and a half ago, I was over 300. I'm still bigger'n you, too!

Changing how you eat and think about food is hard work; I won't lie about that. The things that have helped me the most are planning ahead and measuring my food out. I also have low blood sugar, so portioning out protein (which is often higher in fat) is crucial. I also try to eat when I just start to feel hungry so I'm not tempted to overindulge, and I substitute in any similar-tasting foods I can for the higher-fat, higher-cal stuff I used to eat.

Also, eat often, small meals, lots of water, and bulk up whatever you're eating with fiber and veggies. You'll feel full for a longer time. This is how I have lost over 90 lbs in the past 17 months. I am the world's pickiest eater, too, so planning and creativity have been a must!

I hope this helps! Hang in, never give up, and know we understand.
