Default Blood pressure and MS Fatigue

My fatigue has become so debilitating I'm willing to do almost anything. I started on Ritalin about a month ago, and it did help with the cog fog and a bit of a pick me up.
However, I'm just not able to do anything but lay around. I take welbutrin alertec, and now ritalin and at least four cups of coffee a day, and still I'm a slow couch potato. By the way, pre MS, I had so much energy I drove folks crazy because I was always doing something, so this is not my natural state.

So here is the question, could it be related to chronic low blood pressure. Average range used to be 100/70 give or take and the last couple of years it has dropped to around 90/60 and lately in the mid to high 80s over mid 50s.

I purchased a monitor and started monitoring it today.

All my stimulant meeds have a side effect of high blood pressure?
What do you all think?

Any advice, guidance is appreciated.
