Today I had my first cup of green tea...
I was hoping it would help me with water retention and sleep... but, Im feeling dizzy and nausea...

Has anybody out there experienced this ?? or, is it anything else that has nothing to do with the tea ?

Ouch... I just read it has lots of caffeine and of course, that causes (among some other things) nausea... hehe oh no.
