What the others have told you is correct. Each day, however, is a brand new day and a chance to go forward. Liz is absolutely right when she says baby steps.
A menu plan that is right for you is a good way to go. Weight Watchers and other popular diets have cookbooks that will help a lot. And if you can walk, start as soon as you are ready but slowly. Add more distance every day.
That's all I can think of right now except giving you lots of (((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))!!!!
