I have been having a hard time with the heat this summer; more than usual anyway. =) I have never done well in the heat, but worse this year. My sister says that I may be starting menopause symptoms.....compound problems!! Lol! My issue is that my feet get cold and start cramping really bad and have to cover them back up but get hot and sick to my stomach with them covered. Too much info, I know;....Ha!
