Vision therapy is another option. Gail Denton talks about it in her book "Brainlash". It helped her tremendously. There is a another mom on the forum who's daughter has optic nerve damage due to her concussion. She's been working with a vision therapist and it her vision has been improving.

They do different tests than your eye doctor would do, so it might be worth getting evaluated to see if they can help.
