just joined the community, so am introducing myself. had a stroke while pregnant w my twins (they are healthy, thank God)! it caused left hemiparesis and post stroke depression (bad one, probably accentuated by the post-partum hormones). anyhow, seeing pt's, psychs, neuros, doing acupuncture, feldenkrais, even hyperbarics oxygen therapy. will be researching adult stem cell implantation next (don't know enough about it yet, really).
hoping for better, brighter and stronger days ahead.
