Lady, there are different ways to use the large rubber balls. When I was in PT I sat on it and at the same time used resistance bands. My husband used the rubber balls in PT and he did floor exercises as well as sat on it.
These balls can help with core strength and balance.
I have been in businesses where the rubber balls have been turned into chairs for employees to use at their desks.
