have you tried rasagiline [sp?] the newer 'version' but it's a different inhibitor. you probably know that.
i felt clearer minded on just a half tab of azilect a day but stopped it to take nortriptyline. i took selegiline at the begining for about 6 years with no problems. i think peg might still take it . same claim with rasagiline - it's neuroprotective.
