I think these CME modules are mini-courses designed to help neuros maintain board quals and licensure. They are required to take x number of credits much like teachers, I think, (docs please correct me if wrong). I find the modules a good way to pinpoint what our doctors think is most important to know and remain informed about in our treatment. However, they do quote the ELLDOPA study, which has very real validity issues, I learned that many trial participants did not at all have PD! I posted on this just not too long ago. Anyway, I find it troubling that the results are even mentioned; at the very least, there should be a foot note, IMHO.
