Hi, I have been referred to a Chronic Pain Clinic with Kasier. Does anyone have any experience with it? I am told that you might see a doctor, physical therapist, and or psychologist under this program.

I had a diagnosis of tendonitis in my right hand/wrist and now I am being told my injury is a RSI - since there was no proof in my mri and xray of tendonitis.

I am wondering what methods others have been given to help with this condition or something similar? I am not a fan of pain pills. I have done quite a bit of reading on what they like to give people and dont like what I am reading. Wondering what has worked for others with this condition or something related.
