there's nothing worse than not sleeping well.
maybe it was the stress.
make sure you have good sleep hygiene. go to bed at about the same time each nite.
only use your bedroom to sleep, not to read or watch tv.
if you wake up try not to look at the clock. if you're drowsy stay in bed and try to fall asleep again. if you can't get up and try reading.
i also turn off my lites about an hr before bed. that's supposed to raise your melatonin levels which helps sleep.
and/or ask you dr if you could take something, like 25mg of benadryl.
