The same outcome for my friend living in Belleville, who saw a Neurologist in Kingston, Ontario and was a couple steps away from scans and such. She showed up the day of (going back a few months here) and the neuro had pulled out of this.
WHY? I can only imagine pressure from the higher powers, and the almighty buck.
