Oh yeah, sounds like very familiar symptoms to me -- the old pulsing, burning, swelling, tingling, pain, etc., etc., etc., in the feet. Does the Imuran have any side effects that would cause them? I'm not familiar at all with it. What is it actually supposed to do? Good luck...
